Gone for so Long

Hello all of my lovely blog followers and friends! I'm back from a long summer hiatus and I'm ready to start blogging again ( I think I may have lost the blogging mojo). I wanted to turn my blog into an everyday kind of diary blog. I'll still do beauty reviews and the like, but I want to share my day-to-day life with you! I like reading blogs about peoples day to day life, I feel like they really want to connect with their readers and they want to be friends with them. I like that personal touch. So I hope you don't mind the slight change up and I hope you continue reading and blogging with me!

So to begin my new phase in blogging I'm going to tell you beauties what I've been up to. Back in March my boyfriend, lets just call him A, and I went to Las Vegas to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. (Time really flew by!) While there we signed up for a rewards card without thinking about it, well after playing many, many, many hands of blackjack (my vice) and losing quite a lot of money I suddenly got offers in the mail to come back and stay for free so A and I took up those offers quite a lot this summer. We went back in June with some friends(again losing to the dang blackjack dealers), then again in July with some family, and just recently last week him and I went back again for my birthday. I have another trip planned next month with my mom to see a Rod Stewart concert. I'm really looking forward to that trip! When A and I go by ourselves we have a blast going to see Cirque Du Soleil shows, eating at all you can eat buffets, playing blackjack and roulette, having cocktail after cocktail, and just having a relaxing time. The last time we went A and I saw Viva Elvis, a Cirque Du Soleil show. Let me say I was completely blown away from the dancing and acrobatics! It was an amazing show and I would highly recommend it to anyone taking a trip out there!

Next during my summer hiatus I went swimming a lot! And when I say a lot I mean pratically everyday! My cousins would come over and we would spend all day in the pool just floating and soaking up the sun. I've gotten a nice tan from all of that!

On the Days that my cousins weren't there I would go and lay in my precious floatie all alone and just listen to my music. It was so relaxing!

Beginning of summer my family and I took a week long trip to Maui, Hawaii! It was a blast! I got to scuba dive with some fish and sea turtles, eat some terriffic food, and relax! (Isn't that what summer is all about? Relaxing?) We didnt really do much besides scuba dive and swim at the beach so I don't have too many pictures from my trip which I regreat not taking.

I also did quite a lot of shopping this summer too! I didn't take pictures of a lot of the stuff I got, but I did manage to take this one.

Aside from the shopping, swimming, vegas trips and Hawaii I managed to make time out for Disneyland! What summer would be complete with out a trip to Disneyland??
